Yes, the attractions are suitable for kids aged 7 and above and stand at least 4 feet (1.22m) tall.
Currently, we require you to show up at our venue and purchase your tickets on site via cash or credit card/debit card. You will be required to download the Qwikpay app on the Google Play Store/iOS and scan your receipt via the Qwikpay ‘Scan and Pay’ option.

We are currently working on including an online payment option via FPX to improve your ticket purchasing ease and experience.
Virtual reality (VR) is a simulated experience that makes a person feel like they are somewhere else.
Augmented reality (AR) is an interactive experience where objects in real life interact with computer generated perceptual information. Remote assistance is an example of when augmented reality (AR) comes handy.
We are open every day, including public holidays, from 10.00 am to 9.30 pm.
Attractions that are suitable for family are any of our attractions that preferably allow 2 or more players to join in. Family members may also enjoy individualised VR attractions. This includes attractions such as:
  • VR D’Battleship
  • VR Giant Slide
  • AR Racing
  • Hologram Theatre
  • The Enchanted Chamber
This depends on the attraction or choice of ride selected. Our VR rides are built using the finest and most updated technology and has been tested to prevent motion sickness.

You may consult our operations crew before riding on one of our VR rides should you have any concerns related to motion sickness.
This depends on the VR rides you wish to go on. However, each VR ride is estimated to last between 5-10 minutes.
There is no time limit, as long as you still have coins, you may continue trying out our various VR rides
Difficulty will vary depending on the game selected.
